Ecological Issues
The Past, Present and Future Status of Wild Horses: An Indispensable Challenge for Our Times is wildlife ecologist Craig Downer's perspective on the ecological issues surrounding the wild horse on the range. It is is a speech he gave, along with a slide presentation on June 14th, 2007, to a respectful audience and a full house at the Carson Valley Museum and Historical Center, in Gardnerville, NV, in his home county of Douglas to give a fairer view of the mustang, not just the rancher's view.
